Hitting your protein goal everyday can be difficult, especially when you have a busy schedule.

Greek yogurt goes well with SO many things.

Another super versatile high protein food is cottage cheese. Pair it with your fav toppings or sides like fruit or nuts.
You can also put cottage cheese in a lot of other foods such as pasta sauce to give it a little protein boost.

Add cheese, cucumber, tomato for an easy bite with around 12g protein

Peanut butter is also super versatile!
